To keep the cost of delivery as low as possible, all items are priced individually. A maximum charge of £5.50 applies to Mainland UK no matter how large your order.
The majority of goods are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon- Fri) of receiving your order and will normally be delivered by post or courier within a maximum of 7 working days in mainland UK only.
Orders sent by courier will reach you 24-48 hours after dispatch. Please ensure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel or let us know where the parcel can be left safely if you are out when the parcel arrives (typical locations are with a neighbour, in outdoor bins, garages, back gardens or porches).We are happy to deliver to work addresses.
NOTE: The courier will always attempt to leave your parcel safely, as delivery failure will result in a charge to us that we have to pass on to the customer.
For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and the Isle of Man special delivery charges apply. On our website we have quoted prices that reflect the prices our courier charges to deliver to these areas. If you think the item you want could be sent by post please contact us and we can amend delivery charges for you. We will try and keep any additional delivery costs to an absolute minimum.
For delivery outside the UK please call us so that we can calculate the cost of postage and packing on your order.
Please note that some of our larger wooden products are heavy so please be careful when lifting them.
